Terms & ConditionsĀ 

  • The e-bike must haveĀ less than ten (10) miles or 15 kmĀ on the odometer.
  • The eBike must be free of any wear and tear, fragrance, or any other signs of moderate use, and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it, and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).
  • You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from ZEN Electric Bikes Inc. Any warranty issues must be resolved with the supplier prior to processing a return. ReturnsĀ will not be accepted after fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.


Important PointsĀ 

  • Pre-Order Cancellations.Ā For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
  • Non-refundable items.Ā Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in extreme cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, which will be determined on a case by case basis. ā€œProduction and Deliveryā€ fees are nonrefundable.
  • Refunds.
    • Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will be refunded with the amount paid by the customer at the time of the order, and the discount will expire after the first time use.
    • Refunds will be made after the Ebike is received and inspected at our facility.
  • Process.Ā The customer must ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided by the retailer/manufacturer during the return merchandise authorization process.


Step by Step process for returns & CancellationsĀ 

  • SelectĀ Returns & Cancellations.
  • Enter yourĀ Email Address, Name, and Phone.
  • Enter yourĀ Order #, selectĀ ZEN E-Bike with model and serial number, and thenĀ select a reason for the return.
  • Enter aĀ Subject line and Description, and attach theĀ photos taken in the previous step.
  • ClickĀ Submit.
